Purple Star is the flagship of the Hoshitori series.
It won a gold medal in the Junmai Daiginjo-shu category at the Kura Master 2023 sake competition held in France.
Aiming for the ideal sake quality, we will continue to pursue the balance of acidity, sweetness, and aroma.
