Fukura Sake Brewery is pleased to announce the launch of the “Hoshitori Series” of Japanese sake, named after Tottori Prefecture, aka “Hoshitori Prefecture,” where the Milky Way is visible from all cities, towns, and villages in Tottori Prefecture and shooting stars are easily seen even during the meteor shower season!
We have been researching and reviewing the quality of the rice and water used to make this new product in order to take on a new challenge, and above all, to create a sake that even customers unfamiliar with Japanese sake will enjoy. The result is a fruity, sweet sake with a balanced acidity and a refreshing taste!
We named the brand “Hoshitori” with our determination to be the most star company that can contribute the most to our hometown Tottori Prefecture by continuing to be loved by our customers and taking good care of our employees. We hope you will enjoy it!
