100% contract-grown Gouriki rice from Tottori Prefecture is used.
Based on the concept that the basic and orthodox idea of ”food and sake” is to match brewed sake with a moderate amount of high-quality acid to meals, we have arrived at the kimoto method, which is based on the spirit of learning new things from the past.
The sharpness, full and elegant flavor (including sweetness), and lingering aftertaste gently envelop the flavor of the food, and will surely promote food and conversation.
